INITIAL CONTACT AND MEETING
During your initial phone call or meeting, Ms. Azeredo will evaluate your situation to determine whether you may have a claim. If you then decide to engage the Law Office of Ruth Ann Azeredo LLC on your matter, you will sign an Engagement Agreement.
CONTINGENCY FEES
Ms. Azeredo generally does not take matters on a contingency basis.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
The Law Office of Ruth Ann Azeredo LLC accepts payment in cash, certified check, personal check if a client has a history of on time payment, and Visa/MC.
COST OF REPRESENTATION
The cost of representation pivots of the time involved in any matter. Prior to retaining the Law Office of Ruth Ann Azeredo LLC, Ms. Azeredo will discuss fees and costs with you. Should you decide to retain the Law Office of Ruth Ann Azeredo LLC, these terms will be included in the Engagement Agreement.
HOURS OF OPERATION
9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Ms. Azeredo is aware that it can be difficult for clients to be available during normal working hours and she will meet with clients after hours on a situation by situation basis.
